Congratulations to 6-4-3 DP Baseball's 13U Cougars for securing their second tournament championship of the fall in as many events after winning the 13U 54/80 Perfect Game Sunday Series #3 (MAJOR) last Sunday!
The Cougars remain undefeated this fall after going 3-0 in this most recent tournament. Two of the wins were late inning comeback victories by the Cougars, including a walk-off single by Trindon Thompson in the championship game.
Hudson Ritchey won MVP for the Cougars. He had five hits on the day with three of them being doubles. He also scored five runs, had four RBI, and two stolen bases.
Carson Florence and Andrew Liew also had big offensive days for the Cougars combining for eight runs, eight hits, two triples, eight stolen bases and six RBI.
Luke Rohlfs took home MVPitcher honors. He pitched 4.2 innings with six strikeouts surrendering only two hits and zero earned runs.
