Congratulations to the 6-4-3 DP Tigers 13U squad for winning the silver bracket in the 13U 54/80 Perfect Game Southeast Fall Super Regional NIT (MAJOR). This is the 13U Tigers second tournament victory in back-to-back weekends! The 13U Tigers started off 0-2 in pool play, but rallied in bracket play to finish the weekend with a 2-2 record.
Austin Lacuzong led the way offensively for the Tigers. He had six hits including three doubles. He also scored three runs, plated three RBI, and stole a base. Lacuzong contributed on the mound for Tigers as well. Over two innings of work, he struck out four batters while giving up only one hit and zero earned runs.
Jake Jansen had another great offensive performance for the Tigers. He collected four hits including a double and a triple. He also scored four runs and stole a base.
