Congratulations to the 6-4-3 DP Tigers 13U squad for winning Pool B in the 13U 54/80 Perfect Game Sunday Series #6 (MAJOR). The 13U Tigers went 2-1 in the event. After winning their first pool play game by a score of 19-2, the Tigers lost their second game 6-3 to Georgia Jackets-Nationals. At pool play’s end, the Tigers earned the #2 seed in the pool setting up a championship rematch with the Jackets. The Tigers defeated the Jackets 8-7. Jake Jansen led the Tigers offensively with five hits including one triple, three runs, three RBI and three stolen bases. Alex Adair had a special performance on the mound. He pitched 3.0 innings and had seven strikeouts while allowing three hits and zero earned runs.
