Congratulations to the 14U 6-4-3 DP Panthers on winning Pool C in the 14U PG Sunday Series #5 (minor) last weekend! The 14U Panthers went 2-1 in the event. After losing their first pool play game by the score of 3-2 to East Cobb Select 14U, they won their second game against the EC Angels by a score of 9-5. The win in their second game earned the Panthers a rematch against East Cobb Select for the pool championship game. The Panthers won the game by the final score of 11-3.
6-4-3's Brady Haff won the tourney’s Most Valuable Pitcher award. He pitched 5.0 innings with seven strikeouts and two walks.
The Panthers were led offensively by Abram Goss and Alex Kilgo. Together they combined for six runs, seven hits, two doubles, five RBI and zero strikeouts on the day.
